GBDon't believe the 3-5 year battery… Don't believe the 3-5 year battery claim. It's closer to 3-5 months. When they die you're stuck, without tracking but still paying. They are quick to ship out a new device, but your equipment is vulnerable while you wait. When you finally tire of dealing with swapping out dead units and try to cancel your contract for good reason they tell you "I'm sorry and I understand your feelings, but you still have to pay to the end of your contract". No matter that they got you to sign the contract with promises of 5 year battery life. The 5 star reviews appear to be from brand new users, not many from people who have actually used the service for long enough to give an honest review. This makes sense, of course, and is common practice. I was pressured to leave a review right away, with a $50 incentive. Go with someone else. Edit: I went back and found the emails asking me to leave a review and you're right. It was $20, not $50. Apologies. Same thing though, just a different amount. Your reply making me sound dishonest just proves my point. And now my review is in danger of being removed? To leave this review I followed an email link from TrustPilot asking me to review my experience. I have asked why it doesn't show as "Verified". Hopefully this can be remedied.
