GBTraining was too fast and not customized The training was very fast and it did not customize the training to our situation with 8 cars for our maid service No way to question things except by chat. Learned some things that we can use for landmarks etc but not being able to have a two way conversation was a little disappointing

GBWorks as promised GPSTrackit and more recently Fleet GPSTrackit have performed very well for us. There have been a few moments when we wondered about our data, (Truck temporarily lost signal, ELD stopped talking to the tablet, etc) but we have NEVER loss any data with these guys. The connection between the truck was never lost and we caught up in a few minutes. Tech support has been very helpful and responsive.
