Excellent phone service option to call other countries The phone service efficiency and the time/cost ratio. I use this service mainly to call from the USA to Mexico. I want to use it to call France, but it is not possible, I don't know why.

However the exchange rate is not justify this difference. I checked in my account where the base currency is USD and that is correct.

Probably the worst customer service i… Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I must be up to 10 emails now. My bank account was charged with three transactions but KeepCalling cannot show me which transactions the charges were for. they tell me to check my online account which i do, and there is no sign of the transactions. I sent pictures with every email but it makes no difference. I just get back nonsensical replies .

Excellent product. I am delighted that I stumbled upon this app. Since then, I have been using it to make international calls to my family and friends, and I am always happy about it.
