FRProbably the worst customer service i… Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I must be up to 10 emails now. My bank account was charged with three transactions but KeepCalling cannot show me which transactions the charges were for. they tell me to check my online account which i do, and there is no sign of the transactions. I sent pictures with every email but it makes no difference. I just get back nonsensical replies .

GBKeep it simple I use the app at the precise time I need to but it seems that every couple of weeks it needs updating. Why? It is a calling app, it literally just allows up to phone people and the constant updates are really annoying.

AUIt is value for money when you want to… It is value for money when you want to call overseas. Easy to recharge, Easy to phone, great connection. Had it for at least 10 years and have been always happy using it.

GBExcellent phone service option to call other countries The phone service efficiency and the time/cost ratio. I use this service mainly to call from the USA to Mexico. I want to use it to call France, but it is not possible, I don't know why.

GBAll is well when I can finish… All is well when I can finish konversation , sometimes after 5 min , call is interapted and it keeps interupting 2,3,4x Other than that all is well
