Great, with a minor glitch Everything is great, except that quite often when I dial a friend's number, as it is ringing, the call gets dropped and the connection reverts back to your recorded prompts, telling me that I need to (re)enter the friend's number again. Sometimes this happens several times in a row, before I am finally able to connect. My guess is that your system is overly sensitive to the occasional blip/cut out or static/line noise that sometime occurs during the ringing stage, causing your system to think the call was dropped, when actually it wasn't. This happens with quite a few of the phone numbers I try to call, on occasion.

Another satisfied customer I have been using Keep Calling for many years. Never had a problem. Call charges are so very reasonable. Topping up is simple.

Probably the worst customer service i… Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I must be up to 10 emails now. My bank account was charged with three transactions but KeepCalling cannot show me which transactions the charges were for. they tell me to check my online account which i do, and there is no sign of the transactions. I sent pictures with every email but it makes no difference. I just get back nonsensical replies .
