I LOVE Pinzoo I LOVE Pinzoo! Super great customer service reps. Always courteous and so willing to help. My first transaction with one specific rep (that I have dealt with several times since) made me a long term customer, period. Oh... great prices too! Thankful I found Pinzoo!

In the future In the future, I'll need to be aware of Pinzoo business hours and time zone when needing to buy minutes so there is not a delay having the minutes added to my phone.

Pinzoo (and unfortunately NET10) Why did ot take HOURS for my service to added to my phone? When I became concerned, I called. A recording recommended I leave a message, email, or engage in live chat. I'm not a fan of live chat, but I thought it was the most wisest remedy. Although it was thrown out there as an option, it evidently doesn't exist. Minutes will be added momentarily does not mean sometime within the next four hours. Why can your system not accommodate a more expeditious addition of service? AND then, I received no text informing me of minutes added and my end of service date. Why?

The only place to shop for pins. I bought a pin for Tracfone and went to the Tracfone website and installed it successfully all in a matter of 5 minutes. PinZoo has never let me down.
