GBI never have a problem with pinzoo I never have a problem with pinzoo. Thank you for being a valid and reliable service. I refill my phone, my dad’s phone and my uncle’s phone without problems. They are older, so they need my help. We all have tracfone as our carrier.

GB6 year customer It has always been rather fast and easy, and on the few occasions there was a problem,customer service took care of it immediately, with no wait on the phone either. My only complaint is that you stopped texting me the status updates on my order.

GBPinzoo (and unfortunately NET10) Why did ot take HOURS for my service to added to my phone? When I became concerned, I called. A recording recommended I leave a message, email, or engage in live chat. I'm not a fan of live chat, but I thought it was the most wisest remedy. Although it was thrown out there as an option, it evidently doesn't exist. Minutes will be added momentarily does not mean sometime within the next four hours. Why can your system not accommodate a more expeditious addition of service? AND then, I received no text informing me of minutes added and my end of service date. Why?
