GBI tried to report some misinformation… I tried to report some misinformation on the Pinzoo webpage but was unable to speak with any staff. I made several attempts over a couple months. Always get same recorded messages about agents dealing with high call volume. Ponzoo’s webpage is archaic and customer service is almost non-existant. I probably won't use Pinzoo’s services again b/c of my experience.

GBPinzoo (and unfortunately NET10) Why did ot take HOURS for my service to added to my phone? When I became concerned, I called. A recording recommended I leave a message, email, or engage in live chat. I'm not a fan of live chat, but I thought it was the most wisest remedy. Although it was thrown out there as an option, it evidently doesn't exist. Minutes will be added momentarily does not mean sometime within the next four hours. Why can your system not accommodate a more expeditious addition of service? AND then, I received no text informing me of minutes added and my end of service date. Why?

GB6 year customer It has always been rather fast and easy, and on the few occasions there was a problem,customer service took care of it immediately, with no wait on the phone either. My only complaint is that you stopped texting me the status updates on my order.

GBSimple and relatively fast to top up Top-up procedure is simple and it takes only a few minutes for the purchase/recharge to show in my H2O Wireless account. I’m a satisfied repeat customer.
