I tried to report some misinformation… I tried to report some misinformation on the Pinzoo webpage but was unable to speak with any staff. I made several attempts over a couple months. Always get same recorded messages about agents dealing with high call volume. Ponzoo’s webpage is archaic and customer service is almost non-existant. I probably won't use Pinzoo’s services again b/c of my experience.

The best place to refill your phone! Been using pinzoo online to refill my phone plan for years. So much cheaper than paying Verizon directly due to taxes in PA. Never had an issue and my plan is always credited with no issues. I've trusted this company for years with "0" issues. You can too..

I LOVE Pinzoo I LOVE Pinzoo! Super great customer service reps. Always courteous and so willing to help. My first transaction with one specific rep (that I have dealt with several times since) made me a long term customer, period. Oh... great prices too! Thankful I found Pinzoo!

6 year customer It has always been rather fast and easy, and on the few occasions there was a problem,customer service took care of it immediately, with no wait on the phone either. My only complaint is that you stopped texting me the status updates on my order.
