Utterly Disgusted My order was placed on December 24, 2023 and at the time of writing this it is now March 19th 2024. That's a full 3 months that have passed. I've called on numerous occasions and been given the same line that they will speak the the shipping team and CEO. To this day they have not provided a date for delivery. Dont buy Mars Lander from Bitcoin Merch.com I did buy a Mars Lander from Bitcoin merch. I bought it in August 2023, when i got it, the cover was broken, it was destroyed by the post. They did even manage to send me the wrong Mars Lander, i did buy Mars Lander V2 and i got V1. After some months, everything did work well. The first thing that went wrong was my power supply, it was broken, i got a new one from BM, after a while the fan began to be very noisy, i could not have it turned on at all. I got a new one from BM, but after some weeks again, the fan is gone again, very noisy, i went to work, now the Mars lander wont work, the Gh is on Zero. They even told me that there is something wrong with mars lander, the fan vibrate to much. Now, i am trying to send them emails, they just ignore me all the time, they dont take any responsibility for the what they have sold me, i understand that they have guaranties, but that they ignore my questions and refuse to help me further here, that is scam in my eyes. It did cost me, 400 us that time and approx 150 us in custom, so please think twice before buying this Mars Lander, dont be naive here. Maybe it work for meny of u, but what i got was trash, so i will never buy something from that company again.
