Once I got the Mars Lander it was super simple to set up (I wouldn't recommend changing files manually on PC - as shown in some online guides, this corrupted one of my SD's). From California to Germany The delivery of a bitaxe miner was flawless. Set-up with KanoPool was easy. Custom clearance took about one week and was processed automatically by Deutsche Post (custom duty was paid in cash at delivery at my home (plus 6€ fee for DHL)). Very precise tracking via USPS Tracking, even the steps on the German side were reported in quasi-realtime.

Utterly Disgusted My order was placed on December 24, 2023 and at the time of writing this it is now March 19th 2024. That's a full 3 months that have passed. I've called on numerous occasions and been given the same line that they will speak the the shipping team and CEO. To this day they have not provided a date for delivery. This is unacceptable and I demand that this be resolved immediately.
