Great Service and Communication I love buying from them. Have bought multiple miners from them and m happy with all purchases. I did have an issue with one of their Bitaxe miners and through quick communication allowed me to send it back for repairs. Thankfully they sent me a new replacement within a reasonable time. Bitcoin Multi-Color Lamp Bitcoin Lamp functions well and is very cool w/ all the great colors. I feel it is a bit pricey for the quality and would guess the mark-up price from wholesale is extremely high. I suppose that is the way it goes with crypto swag. Overall Bitcoin Merch is fast & efficient giving order email updates from start to finish. It is the best place for crypto merch with the best selection that I have run across.

Utterly Disgusted My order was placed on December 24, 2023 and at the time of writing this it is now March 19th 2024. That's a full 3 months that have passed. I've called on numerous occasions and been given the same line that they will speak the the shipping team and CEO. To this day they have not provided a date for delivery. This is unacceptable and I demand that this be resolved immediately.
