Bought a Honda 200 paid for it in early… Bought a Honda 200 paid for it in early July.arrived today 2nd November! Almost giving up on seeing the bike arriving minus its side stand. Attempting to communicate but this have proved difficult throughout.

Never received product Never received product, company waived it off as delivery issue. Label creation issues for order throughout. The agent I spoke to was nice and at least tried to be as helpful as the bureaucracy would allow him to. That being said I still did not receive a single thing, nor a refund, nor any credit for the lack of delivery.

They went extra miles to make provisions for my order due to my location and they responded to all my inquiries with lightning speed. Even more, they shared tips and advise (which I will always use going forward) with me from their wealth of experience. As if that wasn't enough, they got my product to me on the other side of the globe in record time. Flashback Limited is more than just a company selling products. I am very grateful. I would definitely use them again and also refer them to friends and family.

I had a relatively perfect experience with Flashback, the product arrived right on time (may have actually been a little earlier), everything was correct, product was right and seems to be functioning great so far. Good shipping time, customer support. Needs better instructions. The product arrived in a good time frame. The instructions online are not clear, I've had trouble getting it working. Customer support did answer my emails in a timely manner. They seem to be genuinely trying, which I appreciate. I would recommend a user's manual be included with the product, and videos be more detailed in explanation.
