Xim apex review I love the item honestly I thought at first it might be a scam but it came about 4 days later also the xim apex on this website is cheaper than any where else it’s a really great product and I think you should really consider getting it

Good shipping time, customer support. Needs better instructions. The product arrived in a good time frame. The instructions online are not clear, I've had trouble getting it working. Customer support did answer my emails in a timely manner. They seem to be genuinely trying, which I appreciate. I would recommend a user's manual be included with the product, and videos be more detailed in explanation.

The customer service was fantastic! The customer service was fantastic. We actually did not receive the cord we ordered, but when we contacted the company they were very apologetic. They sent out the correct cord right away and admitted their mistake. No extra charge of course.

Perfect experience! I had a relatively perfect experience with Flashback, the product arrived right on time (may have actually been a little earlier), everything was correct, product was right and seems to be functioning great so far. I give you 5 stars and plan to use Flashback in the future, thanks so much again!!
