GBI've been using SalutHaiti for the past… I've been using SalutHaiti for the past 5 years. I am still happy with it. The process of buying credit is very easy. The only small inconvenience is even if you save a number, the next time you log in you have to enter it again. It seems like this functionality is not working properly.

GBI made a mistake while I was trying to… I made a mistake while I was trying to top up a phone number in Haiti. They didn't want to refund me as a courtesy as a longtime customer. They don't have a phone number, you can only contact by email.

CAIt's good that they want to prevent… It's good that they want to prevent fraud but when I have used the same information many times to buy credit they shouldn't need to call me, that's kind a waste of time, especially when you're aboard. Thanks,

GBYour service is low quality It seems more and more that call placed through your service get low priority on the network. Your bandwith is terrible because I routinely get other calls to interfere with mine. In comparison if I place calls through my carrier directly the are clear and I do not most of the time get voice mail.
