GBI made a mistake while I was trying to… I made a mistake while I was trying to top up a phone number in Haiti. They didn't want to refund me as a courtesy as a longtime customer. They don't have a phone number, you can only contact by email.

CAIt's good that they want to prevent… It's good that they want to prevent fraud but when I have used the same information many times to buy credit they shouldn't need to call me, that's kind a waste of time, especially when you're aboard. Thanks,

GBI've been using the website for years I've been using the website for years. It's fast and convenient. On the rare occasion where I had an issue, I got immediate response and resolution to my email.
