I made a mistake while I was trying to… I made a mistake while I was trying to top up a phone number in Haiti. They didn't want to refund me as a courtesy as a longtime customer. They don't have a phone number, you can only contact by email.

The issue is in the call connection not on the user side

Your service is low quality It seems more and more that call placed through your service get low priority on the network. Your bandwith is terrible because I routinely get other calls to interfere with mine. In comparison if I place calls through my carrier directly the are clear and I do not most of the time get voice mail.
