Only one major issue: being charged for calls that connected me to the wrong party or for calls answered by answering machine If I could get those refund, I'd grant a very deserved 5 stars *All the numbers that I try to reach are saved on my phone so that I never have to re_enter them. The issue is in the call connection not on the user side

CAIt's good that they want to prevent… It's good that they want to prevent fraud but when I have used the same information many times to buy credit they shouldn't need to call me, that's kind a waste of time, especially when you're aboard. Thanks,

GBI made a mistake while I was trying to… I made a mistake while I was trying to top up a phone number in Haiti. They didn't want to refund me as a courtesy as a longtime customer. They don't have a phone number, you can only contact by email.

GBThe service is awesome The service is awesome! I encourage everyone to be part of your customers. However, the service fee shouldn’t be different even if it’s a different company (NatCom/Digicel) for one country.
