They take your money automatically and… They take your money automatically and fast. Then you have to wait for them to manually verify you have the right to receive the game even. And apparently you're only allowed 1 copy of the game for the whole household. I just wanted to enjoy it with my partner, but they decided I'm not allowed that.

Superb customer experience I purchased an item which was incorrectly listed an in effect I got completely different title. I realised only after activating the product and contacted DLGamer. They quickly confirmed an error on their side and refunded my purchase. I will be definitely coming back.

I was initially suspicious but now happy I was initially suspicious by the level of information required for a simple steam code transaction, but I received the ordered keys promptly and they were as ordered. While a high level of security was required (needing a code sent by text) this has in hindsight reassured me of the site's legitimacy.
