Manipulative representative While I was very grateful to be able to receive a free phone for emergencies, the representative was very confusing. At the end of the sign up she asked how I was going to pay for a subscription I did not want. She demanded I paid her or it would be coming out of her check. I asked for her office number but she declined. She was persistent about the payment. After that encounter I didn’t even want to use the phone or be a part of the services.

Happy Customers Customer service was excellent with a smile. Was professional honest and friendly, made me feel important. He also explained every detail which I appreciated. If your representatives gave customer service like this young man you would honestly gain more customers. Thank you
