CAYou can lose your number anytime Used the $5 plan for 2 years, worked ok, was on auto pay, card expired, I called, tried to update payment method but impossible to make any payment online or over the phone. They were about to shut down my number! I was proactive enough to transfer my phone number to T-Mobile in a day. If you have a number you care about and want to keep, stay away from Hello! Inexistant and unhelpful customer service .

GBHello Mobile New Customer I was able to port my number over from a major cell phone company with no problem..i got a new plan and everything i wanted including unlimited data, minutes, I even have a hotspot and i didn't have to pay a dollar over $50... Oh and my 2nd month is free so I don't have to pay till February. So far everything is good and I have no complats

Hello is Better than any other provider offering similar sevice if not less. trust me i search for hours matching prices to service and some came close but HelloMobile always came out to be the better value for the service that they provided.I hope they keep it that way.
