A $5 a month service fee, for unlimited calls, and text is really a great gift, compared to the cost of other “pay as you go” plans, by other greedy companies. I send a great big THANK YOU to Hello Mobile for providing this $5 a month service, Especially for those of us who can’t work, and are on a fixed income.

You can lose your number anytime Used the $5 plan for 2 years, worked ok, was on auto pay, card expired, I called, tried to update payment method but impossible to make any payment online or over the phone. They were about to shut down my number! I was proactive enough to transfer my phone number to T-Mobile in a day. If you have a number you care about and want to keep, stay away from Hello! Inexistant and unhelpful customer service .
