GBDON’T RETURN YOUR ITEM! I bought a 8gb ram stick for my Acer Nitro 5. I accidentally bought the 2400 instead of 3200. So I bought the 3200 after. Once I received both items. I eventually returned the 2400 ram stick (way before the refund expiration period ended) . The parcel was signed for and I didn’t receive the refund. So I got in contact. They said I had to wait a certain time for the refund to process and get the money in my account which is understandable. The time passed and I still didn’t get the money. So I got in contact and they said that it would go through the ‘concerned team’. I’ve waited close to a month to just get £20 back and I still haven’t received it! The live chat is terrible especially on mobile and I’ve had to go out of my way twice to give my information and chase up on the refund! I wouldn’t recommend even buying from them plus their free delivery takes almost 2 weeks. Such a bad experience!

GBIt shouldn't take 10 days to ship one… It shouldn't take 10 days to ship one memory module from Utah to California.

GBCrucial is always great and their… Crucial is always great and their memory works well without any problems. I do wish the shipping were a little quicker, but the memory upgrade wasn’t urgent so all was well. Thanks.

GBGreat product, good price Good price, reasonably good shipping (based on experience in 2024 shipping is a Shxt Show no matter who you use). Product performance is great.
