CAI called in to check on the shipment… I called in to check on the shipment status of my T705 order to Canada as it did not show a shipping status after a few days on line. I explained to the CSR that I was under a time crunch to finish a PC build by that Friday. He was able to release the order and have it shipped that day. It arrived the next day, 2 days ahead of my deadline. This was the best support received from any of the PC component companies I dealt with for this client's PC build. I'll definitely be using Crucial products in the future.

GBSatisfaction on every order I have made. I have purchased several memory products from Crucial in the past. Each and every time, I received the items I ordered before or on the estimated delivery date. Cost of the memory was well with my budget, and I never had a "dead on arrival" problem. I will continue to make Crucial my first stop when shopping for PC memory projects.

GBCloning process worked great. Crucial technicians gave me useful pre-sale advice, the SSD and the Acronis software were easy to install and are working great. I cloned a 10 yr old hard drive and the computer is working great again. Fast, responsive and no issues!

GBReally bad Really bad. It ran good for 3 hrs. Shut it down and tried to restart the next morning and pc would not restart. Replaced the original hdd and works fine. Tried formatting drive and reinstalling OS will not boot up. getting \Boot\BCD +Oxc000000f. I have spent many hrs. on this to no avail. If you have no fix can I return it?

GBSSD turned out unusable SSD failed to image the first two attempts, both of which took several hours to complete. After finally successfully imaging the drive, it booted on my machine, but I was unable to get any peripheral input device to work--keyboard, mouse, etc. Extensive research indicates that this is a driver update issue, but without any input source, I was not able to perform any corrective actions. In short, this SSD turns out to be incompatible with my computer, regardless of Crucial's compatibility tool.
