GBCrucial is always great and their… Crucial is always great and their memory works well without any problems. I do wish the shipping were a little quicker, but the memory upgrade wasn’t urgent so all was well. Thanks.

CAWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I will never suggest anyone to buy crucial products. International customers be aware of their hidden customs charges as you will get notified once your product is delivered to your nearby postal service not during the time of ordering, in the final bill there is nothing mentioned or even in the order confirmation there is nothing mentioned about duty charges. The product duty costs me the same amount of thier 16 GB RAM purchase. Rather I would buy it from local store. And by the time of approaching the customer service instead of guiding to the right things like why the duty costs me this much I was told to pay of the duties and get my product or they will declare it abundant which in the end won’t be eligible for return. The executive name is ‘Shreshth’ who replied to my complaint. I that means in the end your money is gone from your pocket and they don’t even care even if you buy nearly 400$ worth of computer components from them. Such a disappointment from a company Crucial. And I am writing this honest review with the proof of communication happened between me and crucial’s customer service team I didn’t receive any kind of incentives to write anything regarding the company. If needed will try to get legal help.

GBSSD increased computer speed 3 fold SSD increased computer speed 3 fold. Easy installation. Only issue was cloning software. Would not initiate transfer. Chat with tech who suggested loading software on removable drive. Did so and cloning hard drive went well.

GBSSD turned out unusable SSD failed to image the first two attempts, both of which took several hours to complete. After finally successfully imaging the drive, it booted on my machine, but I was unable to get any peripheral input device to work--keyboard, mouse, etc. Extensive research indicates that this is a driver update issue, but without any input source, I was not able to perform any corrective actions. In short, this SSD turns out to be incompatible with my computer, regardless of Crucial's compatibility tool.
