Quick and easy Process was pretty straightforward and easy to complete. Unsure why the more damaged an item was it paid a little higher but ok im doing this anyway. Great communication all thru process and everything was in the timeline they said. I opted for paper check which is 1 of several options. Timing from start selling process to check in hand was less than 2 weeks with a holiday in there too.

All that is said about battery life in the FAQs is a battery that lasts less than 1 hour is an issue. The battery on my iPhone did last much longer than 1 hour. The battery life issue should be addressed more clearly in the FAQs.
