Classic bait & switch I had brand new iphone never used - mint condition. They downgrade the condition to "good" & give me 33% of original offer. SaveGadget was willing to negotiate up on the 33% so this showed integrity.

Great transaction very satisfied. Sold my phone with a cracked back glass which many companies won’t accept. SaveGadget paid a fair price and it was what I was quoted on line, no surprise “damage discovered upon closer inspection”. I will definitely sell them my next used phone.

iPhone 15pro Review The overall experience was good and it was not difficult to send my phone back. However, I did not understand the reason my condition of my phone was change which caused me to lose 100 dollars. No pictures were provided of the scratches they saw on the phone. I keep my phone in a durable case with a tempered glass screen protector so I’m not sure what scratches they saw.

Scam Offer - Sell Elsewhere In line with other reviews, after their “inspection” they come up with a reason to lower their initial offer by $100. Seems very scam like and misleads consumers.
