GBI don’t write reviews but … Before I made a purchase I spoke directly to them by text and they answered all my questions. Several weeks later I made the purchase and it was shipped immediately. I don’t understand their gauge for condition because my less than perfect phone looks, feels and works just like new. I don’t feel obligated to write reviews but I was so impressed I felt that a review was appropriate. You can trust this company to perform far above expectation.
