Diabolical download process, below average product The method of downloading and activation was diabolical! The website was all in German (I'm in Australia) with no option to change the language, I had to use google translate to work this out. The site had multiple issues with the password, it essentially wants to write the password for you, mandating use of certain characters. Every time it said there was a problem with the password (even when there was not) it would remove all of my information such that to simply correct the password, I would have to re-enter all of my account information. After around half hour, I got the vst downloaded and installed. I went to use it, only to have to create another account with a different website and verify again. When I finally got to using the product (ThreeBodyTech G31) it wasn't very good anyway! I will never use PluginFox again, I don't recommend PluginFox, and I don't recommend ThreeBodyTech G31, sorry guys, you missed the mark on this one!

I recommend Plugin Fox, well worth checking them out! I got interested in working with IRs for guitar and wanted to try some. Plugin Fox offered a free trial. I downloaded it and it was alltogether a positive experience. Unfortunately my PC developed a serioius fault and my trial was thus cut short. Still, I'd recommend signing up with Plugin Fox as it seems worthwhile for the trial alone!

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE Regardless of if the VST software (Acoustic Samples) was unable to be installed (which after several tries, the software failed to be installed on the computer, never had this issue with PluginFox before, except this one time), but there is a no refund policy. So, the $99.00 software is useless which PluginFox cares less about after emailing the company. Also, I asked to have my account deleted, but never heard back. PluginFox must screen all its software VST products from various vendors around the world so the consumer, like me, is satisfied. PluginFox places profit over customer service. Therefore, it gets, one (1) star.
