GBPoor Customer Service Ordered 16Gb memory for my HP Pavilion 690-0073W which was suppose to be compatible according to their website. Received it ok but when I tried to install received beep codes. Tried calling customer service and left message on 9/21. After not getting a call back sent email on 9/23 asking for an RMA and the only email I received was this survey. Tried calling back to leave another message and mail box is full.

ATI ordered 2x RAM memory upgrades from… I ordered 2x RAM memory upgrades from CMS after finding they had the best offer out there. Ordering process was smooth and easy and in a few steps my order was confirmed. Shipping from US to Europe? No problem, fast, tracked and reliable. RAMs arrived, got installed and everything works perfectly. Thank you CMS for an enjoyable customer experience. If I should make just one improvement suggestion - I found the packaging a little too sensitive (just a padded A5 envelope) and risky. Should a heavier object be placed on top during transit or handling it would have most likely damaged the RAMs. As mentioned, this is only an improvement suggestion, my overall experience with CMS was grade A. I would definitely recommend.

GBDisappointing experience Disappointing experience. I placed an order for some memory I was notified by my credit card company that the charge was approved I waited several days probably five I hadn’t heard from the company or any update on the order. I contacted them and then three days later I got a response that they were waiting for the charges on my credit card to clear. I checked with my credit card turns out CMS never put the charges through. I called the customer service line only to find out that they are not in service over the weekend. 12 days of my order still hasn’t been placed with computer memory solutions.
