Fine product at a great price. Components arrived in a timely manner and installation was quick and simple. The laptop runs much better which is exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Great product at a good price.

I purchased two sticks of 8gb to… I purchased two sticks of 8gb to replace two sticks of 4gb. However, after installing the new memory I found that I still only had 8gb total. Calling tech support wasn't helpful since I couldn't get a live person. I re-examined my installation and found one of the sticks was not pushed in all the way. Problem fixed, works fine.

Poor Customer Service Ordered 16Gb memory for my HP Pavilion 690-0073W which was suppose to be compatible according to their website. Received it ok but when I tried to install received beep codes. Tried calling customer service and left message on 9/21. After not getting a call back sent email on 9/23 asking for an RMA and the only email I received was this survey. Tried calling back to leave another message and mail box is full.

Disappointing experience Disappointing experience. I placed an order for some memory I was notified by my credit card company that the charge was approved I waited several days probably five I hadn’t heard from the company or any update on the order. I contacted them and then three days later I got a response that they were waiting for the charges on my credit card to clear. I checked with my credit card turns out CMS never put the charges through. I called the customer service line only to find out that they are not in service over the weekend. 12 days of my order still hasn’t been placed with computer memory solutions.
