First Time Buyer from Computer Memory Solutions My first time purchasing from Computer Memory Solutions, and I was shocked how fast my order came in. 2 days is all it took to get to me! I ordered a 1GB ram module for my Panasonic Toughbook CF-29. Haven't been able to turn that laptop on since 2010, and now it works better than ever! 100% a returning customer, wow.

Stellar experience Easy to navigate the site, the memory selector provided good selection, the price was right, shipping happened very quickly (and was received quickly) and installation was a breeze. I would do business with CMS again AND would recommend them to a friend. A VERY satisfied customer, 2 thumbs up.

The memory The memory, unfortunately, did not work in my Lenovo system. I tried every configuration but got the "no memory installed" beep code. I emailed CMS twice concerning this issue but haven't heard back yet. They did get it shipped quickly but now I need an RMA and a refund please.

Disappointing experience Disappointing experience. I placed an order for some memory I was notified by my credit card company that the charge was approved I waited several days probably five I hadn’t heard from the company or any update on the order. I contacted them and then three days later I got a response that they were waiting for the charges on my credit card to clear. I checked with my credit card turns out CMS never put the charges through. I called the customer service line only to find out that they are not in service over the weekend. 12 days of my order still hasn’t been placed with computer memory solutions.
