The memory The memory, unfortunately, did not work in my Lenovo system. I tried every configuration but got the "no memory installed" beep code. I emailed CMS twice concerning this issue but haven't heard back yet. They did get it shipped quickly but now I need an RMA and a refund please.

Fine product at a great price. Components arrived in a timely manner and installation was quick and simple. The laptop runs much better which is exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Great product at a good price.

Poor Customer Service Ordered 16Gb memory for my HP Pavilion 690-0073W which was suppose to be compatible according to their website. Received it ok but when I tried to install received beep codes. Tried calling customer service and left message on 9/21. After not getting a call back sent email on 9/23 asking for an RMA and the only email I received was this survey. Tried calling back to leave another message and mail box is full.
