GBWindows setup process suspicious, pre-installed malware/spyware found Windows 11 setup process doesn't prompt for Microsoft account. There are suspicious and questionable pre-installed malware/spyware in C:\Recovery\OEM\OSVer\EDIDEV.exe and others under C:\Windows. I had to wipe all and rebuild OS.

GBI bought this computer as a surprise… I bought this computer as a surprise gift for my father in law. As i installed all the software for him, I felt that this is such a nice computer! First, there are three modes: silent, auto and performance. At silent mode, i can barely hear the fan. Even at performance mode, fan sound is pretty quiet. The speed of processing is very fast.(Maybe because i ran his old computer next to it for transferring). Most of the programs are instant run! I installed some softwares for him such as office, browser and zoom. They all got installed so quickly. I even felt a little envy as it is literally faster than mine. Well.. he is happy today and it should be all good!
