Ace Magician Mini PC Failure I purchased a mini PC directly through the manufacturer. It was OK for a few months before it start showing the BSOD. Ran tests and discovered it was due to bad memory. Also discovered the memory isn't user replacable as it is soldered on. Contacted the company through their email. After a good while they finally replied and asked for pictures stating that they would take care of the problem. Sent them the pictures and waited. Sent them another email and waited. It's been at least 2 months since and still no reply. Save your money and purchase from a reputable manufacturer who won't leave you high and dry.

Bad quality product Bad quality product, this PC is very difficult to move. I contacted the customer service for the return and no attention, they answered after 3 days and they ask me all kinds of explanations why I want to return it. After I answer them, I have no an answer. I called that phone number on their website and it is not valid. Everything is fake. I will have to report this website which is not legal because they do not have the real contact details which in Germany are requested. Beware of buying anything from here...

I bought this computer as a surprise… I bought this computer as a surprise gift for my father in law. As i installed all the software for him, I felt that this is such a nice computer! First, there are three modes: silent, auto and performance. At silent mode, i can barely hear the fan. Even at performance mode, fan sound is pretty quiet. The speed of processing is very fast.(Maybe because i ran his old computer next to it for transferring). Most of the programs are instant run! I installed some softwares for him such as office, browser and zoom. They all got installed so quickly. I even felt a little envy as it is literally faster than mine. Well.. he is happy today and it should be all good!

Chaotic key board and dire customer service. I purchased an AX15 from this company through Amazon. After setting the laptop up, including downloading an antivirus, I went to send my first email to find that the @ key was not where indicated. Also the "£, # " keys were also incorrectly placed. I've contacted Acemagic and Acemagicians 3 times with regards to the problem but my emails have been met with a blank response. It would seem their dire build quality is equalled only by their appalling customer service!
