GBWindows setup process suspicious, pre-installed malware/spyware found Windows 11 setup process doesn't prompt for Microsoft account. There are suspicious and questionable pre-installed malware/spyware in C:\Recovery\OEM\OSVer\EDIDEV.exe and others under C:\Windows. I had to wipe all and rebuild OS.

GBChaotic key board and dire customer service. I purchased an AX15 from this company through Amazon. After setting the laptop up, including downloading an antivirus, I went to send my first email to find that the @ key was not where indicated. Also the "£, # " keys were also incorrectly placed. I've contacted Acemagic and Acemagicians 3 times with regards to the problem but my emails have been met with a blank response. It would seem their dire build quality is equalled only by their appalling customer service!
