GBWhen I shopped for a replacement… When I shopped for a replacement computer I became intrigued at the concept of a mini computer. As a retired Engineer the logic of building a better, smaller computer made sense. I became excited as I shopped for the best. After alot of comparing, reading, I felt I would be in good hands with Ace Magician. Alas I've become disappointed in the lack of performance. The pages load slowly almost non responsive. It has just 2-4"×4" pages in english as a trouble shoot guide. I will contact Ace phone support before making a decision going forward. Regards, Peter

GBWindows setup process suspicious, pre-installed malware/spyware found Windows 11 setup process doesn't prompt for Microsoft account. There are suspicious and questionable pre-installed malware/spyware in C:\Recovery\OEM\OSVer\EDIDEV.exe and others under C:\Windows. I had to wipe all and rebuild OS.

GBPurchased an ACEMAGICIAN Nipogi CK10… Purchased an ACEMAGICIAN Nipogi CK10 from '3_pin_plug' on Ebay. It failed after 8mnths, no booting and despite many attempts could not be recovered. By this time I deduced that the 512GB SSD had failed. Attempts to invoke the warranty, through the seller, Ebay even PAYPAl. Although all I require is a REPAIR UNDER THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. I shall continue try to find a way to have the Warranty honoured.
