There was a small glitch with customs and FedEx, we had to fill out and send a form, but it only caused a 1 day delay. My advice: since these items are being shipped from Hong Kong, leave extra time for any delay that may happen with customs. The 3 customer service agents I worked with were all very helpful and timely with replies, either by phone or email. Will definitely use again!

Overall happy Everything seemed great. the USB looks awesome and ready to go for us. The only down side was that even though I confirmed the delivery address multiple times, the box was still delivered to our old offices, where we had our last order delivered. Luckily, FedEx called us and resolved the issue. Other than that, everything was great.
