In order to save a few trees in this world, we offer thumb drives to our clients when they purchase or sell a home which contains copies of all of their documentation. I had found this company simply surfing online and looking at various reviews. The first batch of drives was highly successful, all of them were correct and not one of them failed. We were so pleased we just placed and (quickly I might add) received our second batch. I highly recommend checking out this company as they were prompt and efficient and provided a quality thumb drive to represent our company!

They did a great job with our design They did a great job with our design, and it was delivered on time according to schedule. There was a small glitch with customs and FedEx, we had to fill out and send a form, but it only caused a 1 day delay. My advice: since these items are being shipped from Hong Kong, leave extra time for any delay that may happen with customs. The 3 customer service agents I worked with were all very helpful and timely with replies, either by phone or email. Will definitely use again!

Good quality and value Have had very little trouble ordering and getting quality products; very few bad drives (fewer than five) have come to us out of several thousand ordered. Did have a problem once with a bad data load that caused havoc on my end. Moral of the story is order items early enough that you can test the product to ensure any loaded data hasn't been corrupted.
