Very responsive, willing to work with you Had a good experience ordering flash drives for a company trade show and my rep was very responsive and patient with all the questions I had. I wish the pricing were more transparent on the website, as well as the production timeline for various perks (e.g., getting data pre-loaded is included in the cost but my timeline was too short to take advantage of that). However, the logo printing was good and the flash drives arrived a day or two ahead of schedule. Very happy with the end result.

Considerate and helpful. I worked with Shelley in the States, and eventually Rosie in the UK. Both were excellent customer service people. Shelley stayed late one night to accommodate a late submission because she remembered my deadline, but also the importance of including all files on the drive. One thing: tell your sales representative if you want to waive the signature at delivery. I didn't realize I should have done this, and it delayed delivery for a day.
