The only draw back was that it took longer than I expected. I was unable to use the computer during that time. However, overall, it was an excellent experience.

GBAnother great experience with RTS. Good job. Rush tech support has gotten me out of some jams throughout the 5 years I have had a service contract with. I've called them with easy things like excel, or other things like a Ransom mess. The VPN is something everyone needs to have to keep their computer safe.

As I have not and have no interest in a LLC - I contacted you because of the CA location. Your tech took the information and did a check and found a access for the use of my email and advised me that it would take a bite of time to check and clean up this issue. In no time she informed me that the problem was found and corrected and my system is back on track and free from the hacking.
