USI received an email blackmailing me I received an email blackmailing me, I called but it was after hours. I received a call back first thing in the morning. I explained what happened and my concerns. He assured me it was a phishing email and when I express concern that I may have been breached, he did a complete tune up and system check. All was well. The tech was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I feel much more comfortable now.

USAnother great experience with RTS. Good job. Rush tech support has gotten me out of some jams throughout the 5 years I have had a service contract with. I've called them with easy things like excel, or other things like a Ransom mess. The VPN is something everyone needs to have to keep their computer safe.
