The ordering process was straightforward and they arrived very quickly. I was also sent full instructions on how to set my phone up to use the headset. The price was very competitive and significantly below that of my telecoms provider. Overall, I was very happy with every aspect of the process and the product itself and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them.
