I recently purchased my headsets from them. The customer service was excellent, and the product was great. I want to thank Lindsey O' Brien for outstanding customer service. Even during CoVid lockdown service was still exemplary As ever, highly efficient service, even in the depths of CoVid lockdown. Trying to replicate my office set up at home, I was missing a wireless headset. I placed the order online, thinking it would take a week or so to fulfil. Within an hour, I'd been called by Lindsey with some follow up questions to check I was ordering the right thing (useful, as I'm a luddite), and it was delivered the next day (a Saturday) and the headset is is already plugged in and up and running.
