GBI have never had any problems or loss… I have never had any problems or loss of service which is appreciated. Even when I have replaced my phone I have been the correct phone or sim card and transition to new phone is simple. I really enjoy the use of this phone although there are times where I have no service or signal barely detected in areas i had previously received full functional service. But it will work once you find right spot. cant complain about cost! to sum up usage and service mostly very good.

GBI absolutely love Qlink I absolutely love Qlink! The service is great. I am the only one out of all of my coworkers that gets service inside the metal building where we work. I'm very appreciative of the program.
