GBThe customer service provided is less… The customer service provided is less than rudimentary and often contradictory or downright incorrect. Simple things like getting a user manual for an apple phone Q Link sells is unobtainable from them. Wow.

GBHaving a phone service is essential to… Having a phone service is essential to life. I would be devastated if I could not get help from Qlink. Thank you for letting me use your service, I cannot afford to pay for this service. When I pay my bills every month, I have nothing. I have worked all my life, but due to a car accident, not my fault, it left me poor.
