The customer service provided is less… The customer service provided is less than rudimentary and often contradictory or downright incorrect. Simple things like getting a user manual for an apple phone Q Link sells is unobtainable from them. Wow.

Great service awesome I’ve had it for a few years now since Covid works great service is always good. I currently lost my cell phone and I’m able to keep my number of saving for New Phone.

My experience with Qlink wireless… My experience with Qlink wireless mobile is great. It is very helpful to work with my email. The company is very professional feedback. I am going to have my phone service on with Qlink wireless company. I am very happy to have the customer service to resolve my problems.

I have never had any problems or loss… I have never had any problems or loss of service which is appreciated. Even when I have replaced my phone I have been the correct phone or sim card and transition to new phone is simple. I really enjoy the use of this phone although there are times where I have no service or signal barely detected in areas i had previously received full functional service. But it will work once you find right spot. cant complain about cost! to sum up usage and service mostly very good.
