USMisrepresented, generally tried to rip me off. The phone representative told me Nerd Shop was an authorized HP repair site. HP later told me it is not. I called with what turned out to be a minor issue of my own ignorance/carelessness. But by the time the rep got to telling me how to fix it, I had let him into my computer and he "found" some issues and convinced me to sign up for $400 three-year service plan. Then his "technician" took control of my computer and did some things that I could easily have done myself. I've contacted my credit card company to stop payment and contacted nerdshop to cancel the payment.
