His persistent and patient pursuit of a solution for a persistent technical problem with Microsoft Office led to a successful resolution for my problem. I am 86 years old and not at all tech savvy, so his patient and kind support made a huge difference for me. I will remain a loyal customer of Gosoftware.

Purchased wrong Microsoft Word Option. Chris from customer support was amazing! I purchased Microsoft Word for PC instead of Mac. I had a slight panic moment thinking I just wasted $$. Harish Kumar took the time to uninstall… Harish Kumar took the time to uninstall all the MicroSoft 365 and OneDrive from my home computer so I could have a one time installation of Office 2021 Pro. I no longer have to worry about the subscription process and shared computer confusion. I purchased this software after checking them ut on Trustpilot - and I am sooo glad I did. CAN YOU TELL I AM HAPPY? Okay when your computer has been on hold since the shared subscription expiried in December- this is the reaction you get. Gosoftware customer service was very courteous and professional and was able to help me in less than 10 minutes to accomplish what I needed to do. Thank you. I would also like to mention that the Microsoft Suite for Home and Business that I intended to purchase was at the lowest cost that I could find online.
