Gosoftware customer service was very courteous and professional and was able to help me in less than 10 minutes to accomplish what I needed to do. Thank you. I would also like to mention that the Microsoft Suite for Home and Business that I intended to purchase was at the lowest cost that I could find online. Our Gosoftware story is as follows (it's all good) Gosoftware sold us an older version (2021) of Office 365 at a good discount. The 2021 version is just as good as any. At first, I wondered if this place was legit and if I was buying a legitimate copy of this software. Turns out, Gosoftware is legit and their software is genuine. Microsoft is onboard and all is well. When I had a problem re-installing the software on my computer after a reset, first I turned to Microsoft. Microsoft is one of the most wicked and breathtakingly evil companies to ever do business on this planet. They suck in every way anything can possibly suck. Needless to say, the Devil (Microsoft) failed to assist at all. But when I turned to Gosoftware, they were on top of things and had great follow-up. The problem got resolved. Gosoftware willl treat you fairly. And I like supporting small businesses.
