Harish Kumar took the time to uninstall… Harish Kumar took the time to uninstall all the MicroSoft 365 and OneDrive from my home computer so I could have a one time installation of Office 2021 Pro. I no longer have to worry about the subscription process and shared computer confusion. I purchased this software after checking them ut on Trustpilot - and I am sooo glad I did. CAN YOU TELL I AM HAPPY? Okay when your computer has been on hold since the shared subscription expiried in December- this is the reaction you get. Thank you Harish for going remote and fixing my issues. Definitely wil recommend this company to others.

Our Gosoftware story is as follows (it's all good) Gosoftware sold us an older version (2021) of Office 365 at a good discount. The 2021 version is just as good as any. At first, I wondered if this place was legit and if I was buying a legitimate copy of this software. Turns out, Gosoftware is legit and their software is genuine. Microsoft is onboard and all is well. When I had a problem re-installing the software on my computer after a reset, first I turned to Microsoft. Microsoft is one of the most wicked and breathtakingly evil companies to ever do business on this planet. They suck in every way anything can possibly suck. Needless to say, the Devil (Microsoft) failed to assist at all. But when I turned to Gosoftware, they were on top of things and had great follow-up. The problem got resolved. Gosoftware willl treat you fairly. And I like supporting small businesses.

Great service... I rarely write reviews for something like software, but I'm making an exception for exceptional service. I accidentally ordered Office for Windows from this company. Hours later I realized my error and called them. They graciously sent me a new license for Mac and then called me back to further explain what to do next to avoid more tech hassles. Thank you Gosoftware.
