I have a Mac from 2011 and it is practically purring thanks to these guys! They are incredibly helpful, super polite and they know their stuff. I would not work with anyone else.

I signed with Virtual Touch Pro in… I signed with Virtual Touch Pro in oct-2018 but I forgot about my services after sign up, then Mr. Smith called me to remind me of my service on our computers, I have to say he was so patient with me and did everything to clean up all three computers. I would recommend Virtual Touch Pro to anyone who needs a complete service on their machines. He was not a pushy salesman, he was very honest with me and I want to thank him very much.

I've been with Virtual Touch for a… I've been with Virtual Touch for a while now, & I have nothing but GOOD to say. I have always had Sam as my technician; & since he has been dealing with me & my computer, he has been very patient & thorough. I'm a senior, & by no means, a whiz kid when it comes to computers. Since Sam has worked on my computer, the response time when I sign in, has been fast, fast, fast. And I do so appreciate him. I spoke with Sam today to update my… I spoke with Sam today to update my computer and security as my computer was running extremely slow. They worked on my computer and got my computer back up and running. I would love to stick to the company and I have been with them from last 2 years and love the way they work and communicate. I would recommend other's to call them if you need any help.
