They are available 24-7 and I have always received a quick response and solution. They have been very good in doing updates to my PC as well. Before having Virtual Touch Pro I had trouble with viruses. They were able to secure my PC from viruses and continue updates to avoid any problems. Another benefit with VTP is to have the updates done on your time. You decide when you want them to work on your PC for any problems or updates.
