I have always had Sam as my technician; & since he has been dealing with me & my computer, he has been very patient & thorough. I'm a senior, & by no means, a whiz kid when it comes to computers. Since Sam has worked on my computer, the response time when I sign in, has been fast, fast, fast. And I do so appreciate him.
