Hacked Email from Cox Server on my Outlook My email was hacked from Cox communication, and after several days of trying to work with Cox, I gave up and called Larry at PC Mechanic. Within hours, Larry took my computer and clearly spoke with me about what he would recommend and then within 48 hours my computer had been cleaned, made faster, and Larry spent time with me organizing it. A absolutely great professional experience, not only in repair, but also in explaining about better methods of keeping the computer, less cluttered and more organized. We have used Ramsin twice We have used Ramsin twice, once he came to the house to straighten out a mess caused by another tech and once to get a hard drive crash dealt with where we brought our computer to him to save on the service call fee. He is very competent but if you do not ask the right questions he may assume that you know more than you do so ask lots of questions.
