Very knowledgeable and honest Ramsin of PC Mechanic is knowledgeable and honest. He has helped me a number of times and a few of those times free of charge (including my first visit with him). When I needed to upgrade my old laptop and search for a new one, Ramsin gave me options and suggestions understanding my limited budget and needs. He spent extra time explaining to me alternatives and was patient with my questions. Since, he has helped me with ridding of a virus, computer protection and maintenance.
