eXCELLENT PATIENCE AND EXPERTISE! i HAD TROUBLE UNDERTSTANDING AT TIMES AND THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND KEPT AT IT UNTIL i UNDERSTOOD. tHEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT AND COULD EXPLAIN PATIENTLY. SHELLY WAS VERY CONCISE AND PARTICULARLY UNDERSTANDING WITH LANGUAGE THAT WAS NOT DIFFICULT FOR THIS OLD LADY WHO HAS NOT THE EXPERTISE WITH COMPUTERS AND COMPUTER SPEAK.

Particia The technician was very patient in helping me, who had a fear of ding the right thing. He is obviously knowledgeable and quite skilled in working on computer problems. He has a calmness about him that allayed all of my apprehensions. Most of all, he fixed my computer !!!
