Great communication and customer service So far this has been an amazing experience, my biggest thing is always customer service and communication. The customer service and communication have both been fast and productive. Look forward to my current build and doing more business with this company.

I have not gotten my PC order yet… I have not gotten my PC order yet however they had to broadest selection of hardware that I was looking for. I am waiting patiently for my prowess of their technicians real time verse the just verbiage of their abilities and customer care on their website. Standing by....

Not impressed to exceeded expectations! After leaving a less than positive review, I was contacted by a representative. Justin was exceptional at walking me through the process and providing solutions to my concerns. He went over & above in that aspect. Overall, it was not without a hiccup here and there. Justin assured the process went more smoothly. Complimentary overnight delivery was provided due to the confusion. I also must give credit to Alex for providing me an update that everything processed. I will continue to use Extreme PC for my various needs. In the end, they exceeded my expectations while leaving me options to upgrade in the future.

Fast service Quick turn around after ordering. I ordered the PC on a Friday evening and the PC was built and shipped by Tuesday and will be delivered by Thursday. To me this is a quick turn around.
