Well bought this 4000 dollar pc when I… Well bought this 4000 dollar pc when I got it shut off by itself. It stopped so about a month later did it everyday. Long story short had to pay for new power supply (I was reimbursed) still the same issue. So sent off pc graphics card was bad. I don’t have any issue with all the mentioned above what I do have a problem with is that they had computer for a month in a half to 2 months I was once never told the computer had shipping damage until 2/16/24. If they did all these test before the graphics card was sent back to manufacturer wouldn’t the damage have been noticeable. So now I’m out 475 because I had to buy new case and motherboard. Other than this overall I’m happy the way everything else went. Would recommend

I have not gotten my PC order yet… I have not gotten my PC order yet however they had to broadest selection of hardware that I was looking for. I am waiting patiently for my prowess of their technicians real time verse the just verbiage of their abilities and customer care on their website. Standing by....
