Well bought this 4000 dollar pc when I… Well bought this 4000 dollar pc when I got it shut off by itself. It stopped so about a month later did it everyday. Long story short had to pay for new power supply (I was reimbursed) still the same issue. So sent off pc graphics card was bad. I don’t have any issue with all the mentioned above what I do have a problem with is that they had computer for a month in a half to 2 months I was once never told the computer had shipping damage until 2/16/24. If they did all these test before the graphics card was sent back to manufacturer wouldn’t the damage have been noticeable. So now I’m out 475 because I had to buy new case and motherboard. Other than this overall I’m happy the way everything else went. Would recommend

Great experience The PC configurator on the website was easy to use yet had the components I needed. My new rig actually arrived a few day before I was expecting it. Nice looking machine inside and out. Packed very well and first startup was easy.
