Best Computer Repair Service I've Ever Experienced I recently had the need for computer repair for an office computer that was critical to my business. What made our Experience Great? What made our Experience Great? John...plain and simple. The guy is a straight-up hard worker. LIke they used to make in the day. Dude shows up, ontime, has the depth of knowledge, the parts & the equipment to solve the issue. And reasonable prices are a benefit We have employed IT professionals before, but the way those techs spoke to us left us feeling demeaned and under-valued. John's company breaks all those rules - he is actually a good man with a heart to provide great service. John is even rubbing off on his colleague, Cody. First couple calls with him were "tight" & "transactional", but recently his 'bedside manner' has markedly improved, and it is becoming more of a pleasure to work with him, as well. Great biz John, keep up the good work!
