I neglected to heed the email that the previous package was auto-renewing but after an email to support, they reached out quickly with the option to refund. Support responded quickly, professionally and checked in again to ensure all was well. The platform itself is easy to use with YouTube tutorial videos that have taken my video skills to the next level. Highly recommend.
