GBMovavi Video Editor I had purchased a monthly license for Movavi Video Editor and I liked it so much that I wanted to make it a permanent purchase. However, there wasn't an obvious method to make this transition. I contacted the Movavi support team and within a few minutes they presented me with a quick and very acceptable solution. I neglected to heed the email that the previous package was auto-renewing but after an email to support, they reached out quickly with the option to refund. Support responded quickly, professionally and checked in again to ensure all was well. The platform itself is easy to use with YouTube tutorial videos that have taken my video skills to the next level. Highly recommend.
